The only witness listed is <a href=\"https:\/\/media.defense.gov\/2022\/Jul\/20\/2003039076\/-1\/-1\/1\/DR-SEAN-M-KIRKPATRICK-BIOGRAPHY.PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr. Sean M.
