PARABNORMAL NEWS — The next few weeks could be quite spectacular with several overlapping meteor showers lighting up the skies.
The Southern Delta Aquariids and Alpha Capricornids are peaking this week on Thursday night into Friday morning, but it might be difficult to see any shooting stars because of a nearly full moon. The best time though to try and see the action is between midnight and dawn.
Forecasters are not ruling out the chance to catch a glimpse of bright fireballs from the Capricornids.
An even bigger show is expected in mid-August as the Perseid meteor shower peaks under much darker skies and will treat us with up to 100 meteors per hour. Making it extra special this year, the Perseids will coincide with a solar eclipse on August 12th.
