PARABNORMAL NEWS — The Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets held a hearing on the CIA’s MKUltra program on Tuesday in Washington, D.C.
The task force heard testimony from Stephen Kinzer, senior fellow in international and public affairs at Brown University; Tom O’Neill, investigative journalist and author of “Chaos: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties”; and Dr. Elizabeth Ginexi, Ph.D, research scientist, and former senior program director of the National Institutes of Health.
